WORDLESS WEDNESDAY: Snowdog Dreamin'

My Husky, Isis, is SNOWDOG DREAMIN' on such a Winter's day!

Isis is happiest when she's frolicking in the snow!  Here she is last Winter, visiting family on the East coast.  We live in Phoenix so we don't get any of the white stuff.

Gorgeous snow covered mountains, way in the distance could be seen from Northern Phoenix last month when a whopping 10 inches of snow fell in Sedona.  A real rarity!

The same snow covered mountains way in the distance as seen from Northern Phoenix, where it was in the 60's.  We wanted to head up North to Sedona, but much of the snow was gone in just a couple of days.  Isis was very sad, she wanted to go so badly!

Phoebe is no snow bunny.  She prefers to always be warm and cozy.  No Thank You mama, I will stay right here in my zebra bed where it's nice & warm!

THIS IS A BLOGPAWS WORDLESS WEDNESDAY BLOG HOP!!

Phoebe is a very smart girl... to bad Isis missed the snow :(

I think snow is fun too (because we rarely get it at our house and I don't have to shovel it or drive in it.) I wonder if the dogs would love snow as much if it was around all the time? Well, a husky would! :)

My mom would be in the car headed for the mountains as she loves snow as much as we all do!

I remember the first snow my lab saw, she said she'd wait to go out til it cleared up. LeeAnna at not afraid of color

I bet the snow is fun to romp and play in. I would never know, of course, because I live in Florida. Isis does look very happy in the snow...as happy as Phoebe in her warm bed. BOL

Harley & I are sitting here waiting for the snow to come. Weather reports say it will start around noon, so we're waiting to see what comes.

Blueberry is not a fan of the snow - so Arizona really is the perfect place for us right now, too. :)

I'm with Phoebe when it comes to snow, but it's great to see how much fun Isis has playing in it.

Mauja and Atka love the snow as well! Thank goodness for them we live in Montana. I'd much rather move south though... ;)

That snow looks amazing, I bet Isis loved it. We don't really get a lot of snow here either, probably a good thing seeing as my pack are from sunny Brazil!

I know another dog who would agree entirely with Phoebe! The other - well, he'd be making snowballs with his ears!

We get no snow here. :-( I'd love to take the dogs somewhere where they could play in snow.

I think I could be good with just seeing the snow covered mountains off in the distance. The dogs do love the snow though, but we haven't gotten a lot so far this winter.

I hope you get lots of snow to play in and rub your nose in. Take lots of pics if you do & post them on your blog so we can see! Isis will be very jealous though. Thanks for stopping by!

We sure hope so! Thanks for visiting us Lily & Edward!

Blueberry & Phoebe would get along great. She doesn't like snow either. Phoenix is the place for sunshine, Northern AZ gets tons of snow! Weird, only 2 hours away but 40 degrees colder. Thanks for stopping by!

I think Phoebe has lots of company, not every dog loves the white stuff! As for Isis, I can't get her back once she's playing in the snow. Thanks for stopping by!

Dogs Luv Us and We Luv Them said...

LOL! Kilo & Phoebe would be fast friends I think!

Dogs Luv Us and We Luv Them said...

Oh, lots of the white stuff in Montana! I'm torn; I love snow but I also love to bask in the sun!

Dogs Luv Us and We Luv Them said...

She sure did love the snow, I couldn't get her to come back in the house! Oh yeah, the Brazilian doggies probably prefer to bask in the sun like my girl Phoebe.

LOL! I bet Isis would try making snowballs w/ her ears too! Thanks for visiting the blog Cora!

It's always warm & sunny here, but 2 hours North and we'll be covered in the white stuff! Thanks for stopping by Shannon!

That was the big blizzard in NY last Winter. Isis was in heaven, poor Phoebe would barely go beyond the porch to potty! It was so cool though. Thanks for stopping by M.K.

Oh yeah, I'll be they'd go nuts playing & running together through snowy mountains. Sounds like a good next family vacay! Thanks for stopping by Jenna!

Phoebe thinks like our mom! We saw your comment. Phoebe is welcome to come alone, there will be other singles she can dance with, or if she wants she can have our official matchmaker fix her up! If she wants a fix-up she just needs to email Ruby the Yente! You can either message us for her email or just click the link we put up on today's post and leave her a message. We're at cecampbell@msn.com.
